Portland Trail Blazers center Deandre Ayton has been on the sidelines for over two weeks with a knee injury, but it doesn’t appear like the former No. 1 overall pick will make his return Tuesday against the New York Knicks.
Here’s a look at the full injury report:
INJURY REPORT 1/9 @ NYK:
Moses Brown (L Wrist Fracture)
Robert Williams III (R Knee Ligament Tear)
Deandre Ayton (R Knee Tendinitis)
Matisse Thybulle (R Foot Strain)
Jabari Walker (L Knee Tendinitis)
Ayton is considered doubtful with tendinitis in his knee. Jabari Walker joins Ayton on the injury report with the same injury, while Matisse Thybulle is also questionable with a foot strain.
With Moses Brown and Robert Williams out indefinitely, the center rotation sans Ayton will comprise mostly of Duop Reath and Ibou Badji.
The Knicks will be without Mitchell Robinson, who is dealing with an ankle injury.
