NBA Finals Game 1: Heat vs. Nuggets Time, TV, Discussion

Who gets to be champion? Talk about the Finals here!

NBA: Miami Heat at Denver Nuggets Isaiah J. Downing-USA TODAY Sports

The Denver Nuggets and Miami Heat will embark on their 2023 NBA Finals journey tonight. Sometime in the very near future, we’re going to discover who the 2023 NBA Champions will be. This is Denver’s first trip to the league’s biggest series, but they’ve been playing the most consistent basketball of anybody in the postseason this year. Miami has been up and down, but has also taken down every favorite in the Eastern Conference on their way to the Finals. Let’s see if the Heat have one more run left in them or whether Denver gets to celebrate their inaugural title.

This is your GameDay Discussion thread. The game time and broadcast info is right below, followed by a recap of our site discussion rules. Enjoy talking about the game!
