Portland Trail Blazers shooting guard Shaedon Sharpe has moved up on the injury report and is questionable for Monday’s game against the Phoenix Suns, the team announced on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Trail Blazers starting forward Toumani Camara is also questionable with right knee soreness, while starting guard Anfernee Simons and starting center Deandre Ayton, will remain out for the matchup.

Elsewhere on the report, Trail Blazers backup center Duop Reath is doubtful for the game due to a low back strain. Rookie forwards Kris Murray and Rayan Rupert are questionable for the game because the pair is on assignment with the Rip City Remix.
Sharpe’s move to “questionable” is a welcome sight, as the second-year breakout player has missed five games due to a right abductor strain. Fans will have to wait a little longer to see Simons and Ayton in action. Simons has missed the last two games due to an illness, while Ayton has missed three straight games with right knee tendinitis.
Tip-off for the New Year’s Day game is scheduled for a little after 6 p.m. PST in Phoenix.
