The Portland Trail Blazers have recalled rookie wing Rayan Rupert after a stint with the Rip City Remix.

The 19-year-old Frenchman has played the past three games with the Remix. He appeared in games against the Santa Cruz Warriors and Salt Lake City Stars, averaging 17.3 points on 45 percent from three, 8 rebounds and 1 assist.

His season high came against the Stars on November 24, registering 24 points on 50 percent three point shooting (5 of 9), 12 rebounds, 1 assists, 1 steal and 1 block.

The second-round pick has played seven games with the Blazers this season, averaging 0.7 points, 0.1 rebounds, 0.3 assists and 0.3 steals in 4.4 minutes a game.

The Blazers selected Rupert with the 43rd pick in the 2023 NBA draft after he spent a season playing with the New Zealand Breakers in the Australian National Basketball League.

Portland will visit the Golden State Warriors in San Francisco on Thursday evening.
