It’s Christmas Day and all over the land, people who celebrate are taking a day off, gathering with family, and perhaps even giving each other gifts. The Portland Trail Blazers also have a day off. Their 7-21 record is nowhere near ready to expose to a national audience in a Christmas Day game.
Wins and losses aside, the gift-giving spirit still prevails here, so we’re going to ask you a simple, traditional question on this holiday:
If you could give one gift to the Blazers today, what would it be?
Now obviously, it’d be easy to say, “A championship!” Go ahead if you must, but it’d be more fun (and sporting to the other 29 NBA teams) if you gifted the Blazers something that you hope would lead to success and happiness, rather than simply wishing them success and happiness outright, automatically.
