After missing the last month with a back injury, Phoenix Suns star guard Bradley Beal is targeting return to action Tuesday vs. the Golden State Warriors barring any setback, sources tell @TheAthletic @Stadium
Beal, who was acquired from the Washington Wizards for a package involving Chris Paul, Landry Shamet and four future first-round picks, has appeared in just three games for the Suns this season. Beal missed the first seven games of the season before making his season debut against the Chicago Bulls on Nov. 8. Since playing on Nov. 12 against the Oklahoma City Thunder, Beal has missed the last 12 games.
In his three games this season, Beal has averaged 17.3 points, 5.3 rebounds and 3.7 assists per game. If Kevin Durant also plays against the Warriors (he is currently listed as “questionable”), it will mark the first game that Beal, Durant and Devin Booker all play since the Big Three was assembled.
