The Portland Trail Blazers are back in the win column after a 114-110 victory against the Indiana Pacers on Monday night at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
Since Malcolm Brogdon has returned to the lineup from injury, the Blazers have looked much more smooth in their lineups, helping calm down the young Portland team.
“Malcolm did a great job of just commanding the pace of the game, commanding the court,” Jerami Grant said. “I think we learned from yesterday. We let the game go, we know we had to stay poised today.”
Brogdon scored 24 points and dished out seven assists but only had one turnover. Brogdon has only had more than two turnovers once this season, which has been a key part of the Blazers’ victories so far this season.
Brogdon and the Blazers are back in action on Thursday when they visit the Cleveland Cavaliers. Tipoff is scheduled for 4 p.m. PT.
