The NBA’s first-ever In-Season Tournament finishes its group play on Tuesday, and eight games take place in what should be an exciting night of hoops.
Five of the six groups are in action, and six spots will be clinched for the knockout round, which begins on Monday. Teams not qualifying for the knockout round, like the Portland Trail Blazers, will also soon learn when they will be playing their other two games. Those contests will take place next week, one home and one away.
Here’s a quick preview of tonight’s action:
East Group A
East Group B
The Milwaukee Bucks can complete a perfect 4-0 run with a win tonight on the road against the Miami Heat (4:30 p.m., TNT). Meanwhile, the New York Knicks can make a run at the Wild Card, or even possibly the group win if they beat the Charlotte Hornets at home (4:30 p.m., NBA League Pass).
East Group C
The Boston Celtics host the Chicago Bulls in a must-win game (4:30 p.m. ET, NBA League Pass), while the Brooklyn Nets also have a shot to make a run against the Toronto Raptors (4:30 p.m. ET, NBA League Pass).

Now, here’s a look at the Western Conference:
West Group A
West Group B
The Houston Rockets can win Group B if they beat the Dallas Mavericks on the road (5:30 p.m., NBA League Pass). A Mavs win would secure a Group B victory for the New Orleans Pelicans, thus eliminating the Rockets.
West Group C
The Sacramento Kings can win Group C by beating the Golden State Warriors tonight (7 p.m., TNT). However, the Minnesota Timberwolves could make things interesting if they beat the Oklahoma City Thunder at home (5 p.m., NBA League Pass).
