I was walking around downtown this morning and spotted Neil standing outside of The Nines talking with Nate Tibbets (former Blazer assistant coach, current Orlando Assistant Coach). I know this is the hotel at which most visiting teams stay, but I am curious what Neil is doing still skulking around PDX as it was my impression he wasn't the biggest fan of this city.
