On this episode of Jacked Ramsays, Portland Trail Blazers guard Anfernee Simons stops by to talk with hosts Danny Marang and Brandon Sprague. Simons discusses what he’s been working on this summer, including developing as a playmaker, growing his overall game. and the expectations that come with an anticipated larger role. He speaks about how he can be better and build on the last half of the season last year, covering what he’s learned so far and how to take those experiences and integrate them more easily each day.

He also answers some listener questions about expanding his offensive game: getting downhill and finishing at the rim more; working with new teammates Cody Zeller, Larry Nance Jr., and Tony Snell; the competitiveness of open runs heading into training camp; and his personal goals such as winning Sixth Man of the Year and Most Improved Player, with a slight nod towards possibly defending his Slam Dunk title at All Star Weekend.
