The Portland Trail Blazers have officially announced their roster for the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas next week. According to posts on their social media, the Trail Blazers have 15 players on their roster.

Among the list of names are Nassir Little and CJ Elleby, the Blazer rookies from the last two seasons. Joining them is Greg Brown, the team’s pick (43rd) from this year’s draft. Trendon Watford is also a new acquisition for Portland, having just signed a two way contract with the team.

Also on the roster are several NBA veterans. Kenneth Faried was drafted in 2011 and spent eight years in the NBA before going overseas to play with the Zhejiang Lions in 2019. Michael Beasley was drafted 2nd overall in the 2008 draft. He played on several NBA teams for the better part of 11 years before spending some time playing overseas as well. Jordon Crawford went undrafted before going to play overseas. Emmanuel Mudiay was drafted in 2015 and has played with the Denver Nuggets, New York Knicks, and Utah Jazz.

Several players have also spent time in the G-league and playing for various teams overseas. The Trail Blazers’ Summer League games will take place in Las Vegas starting August 8th and ending August 14th.
