Game Day Thread: Team USA vs. Australia

Team USA returns to action today with a matchup against Australia. On Saturday, Nigeria secured a surprise victory over Team USA in the lead up to the Tokyo Olympics. Damian Lillard, who was featured in the starting lineup, recorded 14 points in 27 minutes of action against Nigeria.

Tonight, Team USA will face another squad loaded with NBA talent. Earlier this year, Australia was ranked as the No. 3 squad by FIBA. In their opening warm-up game, Australia outlasted Argentina. Patty Mills, Joe Ingles, Matisse Thybulle and Aron Baynes all reached double-digit point totals in the victory.
