Trail Blazers star Damian Lillard took to social media on Tuesday afternoon to critique the lack of fans in the Moda Center. Lillard’s comments follow Gov. Kate Brown’s decision to deny the Thorns and Timbers an exception for fans during the events on the schedule for this coming weekend.
