Damian Lillard and Jusuf Nurkic will sit out as the Portland Trail Blazers host the Los Angeles Clippers tomorrow night.

This will be Lillard’s third straight game on the sidelines as he recovers from right hamstring tendinopathy. Nurkic will again miss due to injury management with the Clippers game being the first night of a back-to back.

The Blazers will host the Denver Nuggets on Wednesday night.

Portland is coming off a two-game road trip, where they beat the San Antonio Spurs by a point before going down to the Charlotte Hornets on Sunday.

With 16 regular season games left, the Blazers sit in sixth place in the Western Conference playoffs race, two games ahead of the Dallas Mavericks. The play-in tournament at the end of the season will pit the 7th-10th teams in the conference against each other to earn the final two playoffs seeds.

Portland is currently two and a half games behind the Los Angeles Lakers who are preparing to welcome back their two star players, LeBron James and Anthony Davis.
