The 2021 NBA offseason started to come into focus as The Athletic’s Shams Charania revealed when the league is targeting its draft festivities. According to Charania, the process will kick off June 22 with the NBA Draft Lottery ceremony. The actually night of the 2021 NBA Draft is set for July 29.
The 2021 NBA Draft will be on July 29, sources tell @TheAthletic @Stadium. NBA Draft Lottery will be on June 22. Draft Combine scheduled for June 21-27.

Along with the lottery and actual selection process, eligible prospects will participate in the combine process in late June.
Due to previous trades, the Portland Trail Blazers do not possess a draft pick at this time. As part of the Robert Covington deal, Portland’s first-round pick is slotted to go to Houston as long as the Blazers qualify for the postseason.
