The Portland Trail Blazers face the Toronto Raptors for the third game of their road swing through Florida. Past matchups against Miami and Orlando yielded wins. Meanwhile, Toronto dropped its last game against the Phoenix Suns 104-100, and their recent win against the Nuggets only came after nine losses. With Damian Lillard back and the addition of Norman Powell to the starting lineup, who performed well against the Magic, it could be an interesting night for the Blazers as they take on two former teammates in Tampa.
