The Portland Trail Blazers’ Damian Lillard has announced that he will not be participating in the NBA All-Star 3-Point contest, per Chris Haynes of Yahoo! Sports. Lillard attributed the decision to needing to rest. Had Lillard competed, it would have been his third time participating in the contest.
