The two positive tests is a slight uptick from the previous round of results that the NBA released earlier this month.
Wednesday’s update was delivered as the NBA prepares to host an abbreviated All-Star Game showcase in Atlanta in early March. As of now, Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard is set to participate in the game itself and the three-point competition.
