The Portland Trail Blazers have four very good guards but there’s not enough; minutes, touches, shots, or spots on the floor for them all to be maximized. Based on early-season returns, one thing is clear: Anfernee Simons needs to be getting over 20 minutes a night regularly. How do the Blazers figure that out? Does that make it a necessity to make a move at the deadline with either CJ McCollum or Norman Powell?
