In the win over the Sacramento Kings, CJ McCollum of the Portland Trail Blazers had the hot hand, scoring 37 points. In the process, he passed Rasheed Wallace on the franchise’s All-Time Scorers List, taking the 10th spot. McCollum also currently leads the league in most games this season with over 6 threes.

In the clip, McCollum states that he is “looking forward to continue to get better each night and try to put on elite performances.”

In regard to leading the league in most games this season with over 6 threes, McCollum states that he felt like he still had capacity to grow.

“I’m still leaving points out there, missing some open shots, but I’ll get back into the lab, kinda tighten some things up, continue to try to be efficient, y’know, I’ll get about ten a game on great nights, I should be making eight, and on decent nights, I should hit in the four to seven range.”

While it’s clear McCollum played hard, he seems to think he could play harder. Rip City looks forward to seeing it.
