Workout videos are a staple of every NBA offseason. As the playoffs fade into obscurity and the long summer/fall months drag on, the chance to get hyped about a favorite player is welcome for most fans.
The 2020 offseason is a day old for the Portland Trail Blazers, but we’ve already seen a workout video promising brighter days. Rodney Hood, down for most of the season with an Achilles injury, posted an Instagram video of him finishing an alley-oop, demonstrating that his mobility and leaping ability are returning.

Hood was among Portland’s best reserves when he went down with his injury last December. He’s been rehabbing since.
Hood averaged 11.0 points on 50.6% shooting, 49.3% from the three-point arc in 21 appearances for the Blazers this season.
