After missing the Portland Trail Blazers’ games against the Los Angeles Clippers and Philadelphia 76ers, center Hassan Whiteside has been upgraded to probable against the Dallas Mavericks on Tuesday:

Whiteside has moved to a backup role since Jusuf Nurkic returned to reclaim his starting position. He is averaging 15.6 points, 13.7 rebounds, and three blocks per game. Since moving to the bench, he has put up 5.8 points and 4.8 rebounds per game.
