Aaron Fentress of The Oregonian added additional comments from Lillard about his status:
Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard said he didn’t do anything to his foot that he can remember. He simply woke up to soreness. Sat final game as a precaution. Said he feels fine now. Worked out yesterday with no limits. #RipCity— Aaron J. Fentress (@AaronJFentress) July 30, 2020
