The Portland Trail Blazers will have some frontcourt help in their final scrimmage today.
Forward Nassir Little has been cleared from concussion protocol and will be available to play, according to Dan Sheldon of 620 :Rip City Radio:

Damian Lillard's availability for today's scrimmage is still to be determined later this morning.
Little entered concussion protocol on July 20 after hitting his head on the court during practice.
This season, Little has appeared in 48 games, starting five. He’s averaged 3.6 points and 2.3 rebounds in 11.9 minutes.
