Saturday’s warmups at the Moda Center provided a glimpse of Jusuf Nurkic’s progress prior to his return to the Trail Blazers’ lineup. Nurkic, who has been sidelined for a year, is set to return to action on March 15 against the Rockets. Prior to the Blazers’ matchup against the Kings, Nurkic participated in pregame warmups.

The 25-year-old center averaged 15.6 points and 10.4 rebounds per game in 72 appearances with the Blazers last season. Including tonight’s game against the Kings, the Blazers play in three contests before Nurkic’s targeted return date.
The Blazers currently sit just behind the Grizzlies in the race for the final playoff spot in the Western Conference.
