The Nets decided to start their offseason changes early by parting ways with coach Kenny Atkinson on Saturday. The Nets, who are without both of their super-star signings from the summer of 2019, announced the move after amassing 28-34 record through 62 games.
The Brooklyn Nets and Head Coach Kenny Atkinson have mutually agreed to part ways. Jacque Vaughn will serve as head coach for the remainder of the season.

Former Magic head coach Jacque Vaughn is now tasked with guiding Brooklyn through the final 20 games of the year. The Nets are currently the in the Eastern Conference postseason picture.
In the Western Conference, the Clippers turned to 35-year-old center Joakim Noah in an attempt to bolster their bench. Noah, who appeared in 42 games for the Grizzlies last year, is set to join the Clippers on a 10-day contract. The Athletic’s Shams Charania delivered the contract details on Friday.
