Trail Blazers star Damian Lillard issued a public service announcement regarding COVID-19 via Twitter on Sunday. Lillard, along with several other NBA stars, are using the league’s current hiatus to stand out as positive examples.

Alongside his son, Lillard detailed a set of guidelines to follow in order to prevent an accelerated spread of coronavirus.

In the video, Lillard touched on few important topics:

• Wash your hands
• Avoid large crowds
• Quarantine yourself if you are experiencing cold-like symptoms
