Portland Trail Blazers forward Nassir Little injured his ankle in the closing moments of Portland’s 127-99 loss to the Denver Nuggets tonight. He went down with 38 seconds remaining in the game and went directly to the Trail Blazers’ locker room.
News after the game is still indeterminate, but we know Little is having x-rays.

Stotts said that Little injured his left ankle. He is getting an X-ray. No update on severity yet

The rookie small forward has contributed 3.8 points, 2.5 rebounds, and plenty of energy in 38 appearances for the Blazers this season, averaging 12.5 minutes per outing.

X-rays came back negative. Little’s status is unknown for Portland’s game Thursday against the San Antonio Spurs.
Nassir Little said his ankle sprain is not too serious. X-rays came back negative and he’s able to put pressure on it. He didn’t know yet what his status for Thursday would be

Little says he actually tweaked his ankle at shoot around, and it wasn’t 100% today. Late game injury just tweaked it again. Adds that overall the injury isn’t that bad. #RipCity
