The Memphis Grizzlies have waived former Portland Trail Blazers forward Mario Hezonja. Shams Charania of The Athletic tweeted the report.
The Memphis Grizzlies are waiving forward Mario Hezonja, sources tell @TheAthleticNBA @Stadium. Multiple teams are expected to express interest after training camp ends.

Hezonja appeared in 53 games for the Blazers last season, starting four. He averaged 4.8 points on 42.2% shooting from the field, 30.8% from the three-point arc. The Blazers signed him in the Summer of 2019, then traded him to Memphis this off-season as part of the deal that brought them Enes Kanter.
