Harry Giles III has reportedly agreed to a one-year contract with the Portland Trail Blazers, reported Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN. The Trail Blazers originally drafted and traded Giles to the Sacramento Kings in 2017 where he played for two years before the Kings declined his option in 2019.

Giles missed his rookie season with the Kings due to issues with his knee. In Portland, he is expected to add young depth to the rotation of bigs following a season in which the Blazers struggled to have a cohesive frontcourt with injuries to both Jusuf Nurkic and Zach Collins.

Giles apparently signed for the minimum.
