Ahead of the NBA draft, trades, opt-ins, and opt-outs continued apace as free agency unfolds. According to Marc Stein, Andre Drummond will exercise his player option to remain with the Cleveland Cavaliers. The Detroit Pistons traded Drummond to the Cavaliers in early 2020.

Meanwhile, Shams Charania of the Athletic reports that Jabari Parker will stay with the Sacramento Kings for the upcoming season after picking up his player option. Parker was traded to the Kings by the Atlanta Hawks last season.

James Ennis decided not to pick up his player option with the Orlando Magic, moving on to free agency.

According to Bobby Marks of ESPN, the Miami Heat guaranteed the contracts of Kendrick Nunn and Duncan Robinson, both of whom would have been guaranteed prior to the season.
Miami has guaranteed the $1.7M contract of Duncan Robinson and Kendrick Dunn for the 2020-21 season, league sources tell ESPN. Robinson had $1M set to be guaranteed on Nov. 28 and Nunn $300K on the first day of the regular season.
