Aaron Gordon trade rumors are swirling as the 2020 NBA Draft approaches. According to his latest mock draft, Kevin O’Connor of the Ringer states that the Orlando Magic are trying to move up into the lottery and will use their forward, along with the 15th overall pick, as bait.
League sources say the Magic are attempting to move up into the lottery by packaging this pick with Aaron Gordon
Gordon has been with Orlando since they drafted him with the fourth pick in 2014. His current contract has him set to make around $34.5 million over the next two years. Gordon’s contract runs through 2021-22.
Portland Trail Blazers fans have often mentioned Gordon as a potential trade target for their favorite franchise. The Blazers will select 16th in the upcoming draft, right after Orlando is scheduled to pick.
