Portland Trail Blazers second-year guard Gary Trent Jr. has signed with Klutch Sports, a month after capping off his breakout NBA season.

Klutch Sports was founded and operated by Rich Paul, who is widely known as being part of LeBron James’ inner circle.
Former New Orleans Pelican Anthony Davis signed with Klutch Sports in September 2018, just months before requesting a trade to join James at the Los Angeles Lakers.
Other players represented by Klutch include Ben Simmons, Trae Young, John Wall, Eric Bledsoe and Draymond Green.
Trent Jr. is currently eligible for an extension before hitting restricted free agency at the end of next season.

The former second round pick increased his production during the second half of the 2019-20 season, averaging 8.9 points, shooting 42 per cent from the behind the arc over 61 games.
During his rookie year, Trent Jr. only saw the court 15 times, averaging 2.7 points.
