The NBA’s offseason is quickly coming into focus as the league aims to start the 2020-21 season in December. Following last week’s news that proposed a start date that would fall near Christmas Day, The New York Times NBA insider Marc Stein revealed that training camps could start as early as Dec. 1.

The 2020 NBA Draft is set to unfold on Nov. 18, creating a tight window for player movement prior to the start of training camps. The Trail Blazers, who claimed the final postseason spot in the Western Conference, possess two selection on draft night. On top of draft selections, Carmelo Anthony and Hassan Whiteside are positioned to hit the market as unrestricted free agents.
