The NBA has named Damian Lillard the Western Conference Player of the Week, the Trail Blazers have announced. Lillard earned the nod following a number of electric performances over the week. He scored a personal and franchise-record 61 points in a win over the Golden State Warriors while recording 47 points in a loss to the Dallas Mavericks. Finally, he had 50 points as he led the Trail Blazers to victory over the Indiana Pacers. The Dallas game marked his 25th game with over 40 points, while the 11 three-pointers Lillard scored against the Warriors were a franchise record.
