The Portland Trail Blazers announced that they would recall Moses Brown from the Texas Legends of the G League via the team website. Brown has been serving a stint with the Legends since January 2nd, when the Blazers swapped Brown for Jaylen Hoard, who is also on a two-way contract. During his time in Texas, Brown averaged 14.3 points alongside 6.9 rebounds as well as 1.25 blocks.
Brown’s transfer may assist Portland, as the team is shorthanded following a trade with the Sacramento Kings. The trade sent Kent Bazemore, Anthony Tolliver, and two second-round picks to the Kings for Trevor Ariza, Caleb Swanigan, and Wenyen Gabriel.
