Jason Quick of the Athletic hosted a Q and A session to answer questions about the upcoming Portland Trail Blazer season after the roster shakeup. Quick reported earlier that the Blazers expect to add a center prior to training camp.

In the Q and A, he listed a few possibilities, including Joakim Noah, Amir Johnson, Greg Monroe, Nene, Tyler Zeller, and Kosta Koufos, acknowledging that whoever the Blazers sign, it will have to be for the veteran minimum.

Quick addressed questions on who will replace Evan Turner as the “locker room guy,” perceived excitement for the upcoming season, how Hassan Whiteside will mesh with the team, whether or not LaMarcus Aldridge will actually return to Portland, and what the likely rotation will be next season, among other topics.
