Portland Trail Blazers point guard Damian Lillard has been named to the 2018-2019 All-NBA Second Team, his fourth time making an All-NBA team in seven seasons in the league. He joins Kyrie Irving, Kevin Durant, Kawhi Leonard and Joel Embiid on the second team.

Lillard averaged 25.8 points, 4.6 rebounds, 6.9 assists (a career high), 1.1 steals and three three-pointers per game. He led the Blazers to a 52-29 record, the third seed in the West and a trip to the Western Conference Finals.
