The NBA announced its All-Defensive Teams on Wednesday and Portland Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard received one vote for the All-Defensive Second Team. One vote wasn’t enough to crack the Second Team however; instead, the honor went to Jrue Holiday, Klay Thompson, Joel Emiid, Draymond Green and Kawhi Leonard.
