If you are attending Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals, plan on getting there early to catch the Portland Trail Blazers take on the Golden State Warriors, as several events in the area will impact traffic. Moda Center is encouraging people to take public transit to the game. Be sure to leave plenty of lead time to get to the arena.
