The New Orleans Pelicans have won the No. 1 overall pick in the 2019 NBA Draft, as announced on the NBA Draft Lottery show Tuesday night. New Orleans came into the night with just a 6 percent chance of winning the top pick. The Los Angeles Lakers also made a surprise jump up seven spots to take the No. 4 pick.
