Update: Rodney Hood Day-to-Day

After hyperextending his knee in game 7 against Denver, Rodney Hood is considered day-to-day ahead of Portland’s matchup with the Warriors.

It looks like Blazer fans can breathe a sigh of relief.

Reserve guard Rodney Hood has reportedly received a clean structural bill of health on his hyper-extended knee and is considered day-to-day:

That’s not to say that he’ll be ready for Game 1 against Golden State, but it’s good news that there was no structural damage. Joe Freeman has some more info:

Hood injured the knee in the third quarter of Game 7 against Denver on Sunday. He averaged 14.7 points per game against the Nuggets in the Western Conference Semifinals.
