It’s better late than never for Greg Oden. After leaving school for the Portland Trail Blazers as the number one overall pick in the 2007 NBA Draft, Oden is set to finally graduate from Ohio State University this May. He will earn his degree in sport industry.
The team honored Oden as part of Senior Day on Sunday:
Oden has spent time working as a graduate assistant at the University and recently announced he is taking another shot at getting drafted into the Big3 draft pool.
He averaged 9.4 points and 7.3 rebounds in 82 career games with the Blazers.
