A popular target for Blazer fans has been traded elsewhere. The Washington Wizards traded Otto Porter, Jr. to the Chicago Bulls.
Chicago's deal to acquire Washington's Otto Porter for Bobby Portis and Jabari Parker includes a 2023 second-round pick to the Wizards, league source tells ESPN.

Why did they make the deal? Probably to avoid the luxury tax.
Wizards now out of luxury tax jail/potential repeater taxes. Which none of you care about, and shouldn’t. But dealing Porter for Parker’s $20M (team option for next year) gives Washington opportunity to re-sign Satoransky and/or Bryant. The only reason this would make sense.

Portland was reportedly interested in Porter, Jr., but no report gave details of any concrete offer.
