The Portland Trail Blazers will be without center Enes Kanter when they travel to play the Toronto Raptors on Friday due to what is being categorized as “immigration issues.” Blazers beat reporter Casey Holdahl shed some light on the situation after Wednesday’s win against the Boston Celtics:
