Episode 3 of Damian Lillard’s Docuseries Dives Deep on Oakland Rebels

The latest episode details how Lillard’s former AAU team shaped him into the player he is today.

Portland Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard has pulled back the curtain on his life in his docuseries with Adidas. Episode 1 zeroed in on Lillard’s buzzer-beater against the Thunder last playoffs, while Episode 2 went more in-depth on Lillard’s upbringing in Brookfield, Oakland.

Episode 3 also stays with Lillard’s pre-NBA life, diving into how the Oakland Rebels, an AAU basketball program, impacted Lillard when he was in high school. Lillard talks glowingly about his former AAU coach, who is featured heavily in the episode.
