Damian Lillard A Certain All-Star

There are only 12 All-Star slots per conference, but the Trail Blazers’ Damian Lillard will certainly be making his fifth appearance in the annual game, states Colin Ward-Henniger of CBS Sports. Lillard has led a wounded, rag-tag bunch of Blazers back from the brink, while turning in some phenomenal performances on the court. Though the team has been going through rough times, Lillard has stayed steady through it all.

The Blazers have disappointed this season, but Lillard certainly has not. He’s playing 36 minutes per game at impressive offensive efficiency, while averaging a career high in assists. He’ll be suiting up for his fifth All-Star Game in February.
