The Portland Trail Blazers’ Rodney Hood is out against the Atlanta Hawks due to an ongoing issue with back spasms, reports Casey Holdahl. Holdahl added that Hassan Whiteside will be available to play, and Skal Labissiere is available to play as well. Labissiere sprained his left ankle in a loss to the Brooklyn Nets.
