ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski provided the update on Saturday.

Both players are eligible to participate in the Blazers’ activities for up to 45 days. That 45 day clock does not run prior to the start or after the conclusion of the G League season.
Without a G League affiliate, the Blazers utilized the NBA’s Flexible Assignment Process. ESPN analyst Bobby Marks outlined the four-step procedure shortly after the assignments were announced.
* Single affiliates (ex: Dallas) informs NBA of their interest in such players.

* Portland will then notify the NBA of what team they wish to assign both players to.
Both Gary Trent Jr. and Wade Baldwin IV have spent time with the Texas Legends as members of the Trail Blazers.
