Portland tips off against Phoenix at 5:00 pm tonight on NBCSNW and NBA TV.

If you’re playing a preseason game against the Suns, does it really count as a preseason game? Especially when Rodney Hood (back spasms), Deandre Ayton, Devin Booker and Ricky Rubio (all rest) are out?
